As a coach, have you wondered how using AI could work for you, what it can hold, and where the human part stays yours.

Michael Bertrand has spent his career in the territory most coach training doesn’t reach: adult developmental coaching, working with capable people who’ve hit an edge they can sense but can’t yet name. Lately, one of his live questions has been how AI fits into that work — not as a shortcut, but as something that can support development without quietly taking it over.

He carries this for the wider profession as Senior Facilitator for Asia Pacific with AI Coaching Mastery. In this session, he’ll bring that thinking to our community directly.

Expect a real look at where AI earns a place in a coaching practice, and where confidentiality, human judgement, and the coach’s own presence have to stay non-negotiable. Come with what you’ve tried, and what’s made you cautious.
