Sharon Lim and Zaf Djabri know this firsthand. Both spent years bringing their Co-Active training into the heart of one of the world’s largest banks — coaching senior leaders, developing teams, and driving transformation from the inside. They didn’t wait until they left to use what they’d learned. They used it every day, in the roles they already had.
