Co-Active Training Institute Singapore (“CTI Singapore”) is committed to delivering high-quality training experiences. By registering for any course, you agree to the terms below.

1) Payment Terms

    • Invoice due date: Your course fee is due within 14 days of the invoice date (unless otherwise stated on the invoice).

    • Non-payment: If payment is not received by the due date, we may cancel your registration and release your seat.

    • Re-enrolment: If your registration is cancelled for non-payment, any re-enrolment is subject to availability and current pricing.

2) Transfer or Change of Course Date

We understand plans change.

    • One free transfer: You may transfer your registration one (1) time to a different course date/series at no cost, provided we receive your request at least 21 days before the course start date.

    • Late or additional transfers: Any additional transfer, or any transfer request received within 21 days of the course start date, will incur a non-refundable administrative fee of SGD 250.

    • Package completion window (if applicable): If your registration is part of a package that includes multiple courses/modules:
        • All courses in the package must be completed within two (2) years of your initial registration date.

        • After two (2) years, SGD 250 of your original registration fee will be forfeited, and any future attendance will be subject to current course pricing.

3) Cancellations & Refunds (General Policy)

    • Cancellation before course start: If you cancel prior to the course start date, you will receive a refund of fees paid, minus a non-refundable registration fee of SGD 250.

    • How to cancel: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

    • No-show: If we do not receive advance notice and you do not attend the course, no refund will be issued.

4) Attendance

We want every participant to have a meaningful experience, including those attending future modules that may build on earlier training.

    • If you will be late or absent: Please notify us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp.

    • Missed time: If you miss more than one (1) hour of the course (cumulatively), you may be required to reschedule in order to receive course credit and may not be eligible to attend your next course/module.

    • Rescheduling fee: Where rescheduling is required, the fee is SGD 250.

5) 100% Money-Back Guarantee (Fundamentals Courses Only)

Our Promise

CTI Singapore offers a 100% money-back guarantee (the “Guarantee”) for the Co-Active Fundamentals programme (the “Course”), subject to the terms below.

Key Definitions

    • CTI Singapore: The Singapore entity delivering the Course.

    • Course Fee: The tuition fee after any promotional discount you paid to CTI Singapore for the Course.

    • Completion: Attending 100% of the scheduled Course sessions, as recorded by CTI Singapore.

    • Refund Request Window: The seven calendar days following the final day of the Course.

Who’s Eligible?

You’re eligible for a refund under this Guarantee if:

    • You have completed the full Fundamentals Course with CTI Singapore, attending all sessions.

    • You submit your refund request within the Refund Request Window.

    • The Course Fee was paid directly to CTI Singapore, either by you or a sponsoring organisation.

    • You have not previously received a refund under this Guarantee for the Fundamentals Course.

Limitations

This Guarantee applies once per person, per Fundamentals course completed.

What’s Not Covered

The Guarantee does not cover:

    • Incomplete attendance (including missed sessions, late arrivals, or early departures).

    • Any third-party fees such as bank charges, credit card fees, currency exchange costs, or platform fees.

    • Travel, accommodation, meals, or other personal expenses.

    • Discounts, scholarships, credits, or promotions beyond the actual Course Fee paid.

How to Request a Refund

Please submit your refund request in writing to hellosingapore@coactive.com and include:

    • Your full name

    • The Course intake date(s)

    • Proof of payment

    • A brief explanation (3–5 bullet points) of how the Course did not meet your expectations

We may invite you to a short, optional 15-minute feedback call to better understand your experience. This is entirely optional and will not affect your refund eligibility.

Refund Process

If your request is approved, CTI Singapore will process your refund within 30 business days to the original payer and using the original payment method where possible. If that method is unavailable, we will ask for alternative bank details to complete the refund.

Verification

We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity, payment, and attendance. CTI Singapore reserves the right to decline requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.

Changes to This Guarantee

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase at the time will always apply.

Your Rights

This Guarantee is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable Singapore law.

6) Data Sharing & Certification Reporting (PDPA)

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore, by registering for this course you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data (including your name, contact information, and course completion status) for:

    • training administration,

    • participant communications,

    • course completion records, and

    • certification/credentialing reporting.

You acknowledge and agree that this information will be shared with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), headquartered in California, USA, for the purpose of maintaining training records and verifying your progress toward certification and credentialing with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

CTI handles your information in accordance with its privacy policy and relevant data protection regulations.

 

    • Withdrawing consent: If you wish to withdraw your consent, please contact us at hellosingapore@coactive.com. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to administer your training record and may impact certification/credentialing processes with CTI and the ICF.

7) Disruptions Beyond Our Control

If course delivery is affected by events beyond our reasonable control (including illness, public health restrictions, natural disasters, political unrest, venue unavailability, or other unforeseeable circumstances), we reserve the right to:

    • reschedule the course,

    • move the course to an alternative location or online platform, and/or

    • offer a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances and costs incurred.

8) Photography and Videography

    • During courses held on CTI Singapore premises, photography and videography may take place for promotional, educational, and archival purposes.

    • By registering for a course, you consent to being photographed or recorded during sessions.

    • CTI Singapore will use such images and recordings at its discretion, ensuring respectful and professional representation of participants.

    • If you have any concerns or wish to opt out, please notify us in writing prior to the course start date.

    • Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless CTI Singapore and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of such images or recordings in accordance with this policy.

    • CTI Singapore may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your registration will apply to that registration.
