Co-Active Training Institute Singapore brings the globally recognised Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) experience to Singapore and the region—supporting individuals and organisations to build the human skills that make leadership work.

Co-Active is one of the world’s most established coaching and leadership development schools, known for training coaches who create real change in people—not just better performance on paper.

Co-Active first came to Singapore in 2012, when the first programme was delivered to a cohort from the Singapore Civil Service. Since then, Co-Active has continued to support leaders across the public sector, building a long-standing relationship with the Singapore Civil Service that remains an important part of our local story.

Who we are

CTI Singapore is delivered in partnership with Mindful Business Alliance (MBA), a Singapore-based leadership and coaching practice.

Chuck Allen & Andrew Sheridan are the Co-Founders of Mindful Business Alliance and long-standing partners of CTI.hey are also Senior Corporate Faculty at CTI and MCC coaches, each with 20+ years of coaching experience.

Together, they have: – Coached and trained 12,000+ people – Delivered close to 1,000 workshops globally – Worked across 12 global organisations – Led MBA for 15+ years

In 2025, MBA and CTI established Co-Active Singapore Pte Ltd, bringing Co-Active learning to Singapore through both organisational delivery and open-enrolment programmes.
